Found this concise table of human microRNAs relating to cancer in a recent review article1.  Anyone care to add to this based on their own research?

There exists a whole database about miRNA disease relationships (including cancer of course):
http://www.mir2disease.org

The database was described in the follwing paper:
Jiang Q., Wang Y., Hao Y., Juan L., Teng M., Zhang X., Li M., Wang G., Liu Y., (2009) miR2Disease: a manually curated database for microRNA deregulation in human disease. Nucleic Acids Res 37:D98-104.
